Our training program is designed based on industry leading best practice cleaning methods, including those from BICSc and also incorporates full Health & Safety and Site specific requirements

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT STRATEGY

Our Contract Management strategy is to provide our clients with one person, a Client Relationship Manager, who will act as the single point of contact in and out of the organisation, who is trained and developed to take ownership of problems until resolution.

Our organisational strategy is based on a flat management structure that allows for full accountability of all management staff for their specific departmental area, such as operations, logistics, finance, sales and marketing. By adopting a flat management structure this means that all staff assigned to managing our client contracts are fully empowered to make decisions to resolve any challenges that may arise or make proactive changes to the way in which we manage our contracts on a day to day basis. This approach ensures that we are consistently focused on getting the job done and maintain our reputation as a ‘can do’ company.

PEOPLE AND TRAINING

We are focused on attracting and retaining the very best people in the industry and growing individuals from within the organisations. We ensure that all staff undertake full training aligned to their job specification and we provide advanced training for those individuals identified for more developed/leadership roles. We also recognise each member of staff annually through a tiered bonus scheme.

We believe that high quality training is a key component to our operations delivery model and is critical to delivering and maintaining the highest levels of cleaning excellence. Our training program is designed based on industry leading best practice cleaning methods, including those from BICSc and also incorporates full Health & Safety and Site specific requirements. All training is refreshed annually or when required and supported by a set of on-site training aids including ‘crib cards’ and wall charts. All staff are appraised on their competency levels following training and during their annual appraisals.

Accelerate has always adopted a policy of complete openness with our clients, both before and after the cleaning contract is awarded. All our clients are aware that our systems and procedures are open for inspection at any time.  We have nothing to hide and we are very proud to show off the procedures and practices that we have been able to fine-tune and adopt company-wide.

It is our philosophy to strive to save our clients money during the period of the contract in order to improve long-term relationships, rather than maximising our profits for short term gain. We will strive to save our clients money by either:

  • Providing a better service for the same price.
  • Provide the same service for a cheaper price.
  • Provide the same service for the same price but incorporate initiatives that will enhance both our clients and our professional reputations.
